Weekly Classes:
Sundays, April 20- June 8: Natasha (Erica), Shaun, and Jurusic will be teaching an eight-week hoop and poi session at Kira's Oasis. Class time is 7:45-8:45, and cost is $15 for a drop-in or $70 for the entire session. For more information, or to register on-line, click here.
The hooping portion of this class, taught by Natasha, will focus on
meditative hooping and developing your own "flow." Specific
techniques we will be using for this include; blindfolded hooping,
sustained stalling, breaking, and seated hooping.
